• If you live in the southeast, a full-time professional LEONLOARDCOMMISSIONEDPORTRAITS Artists Representative for your area will gladly offer and provide a no obligation portrait Consultation in your home or office. One of our Artists Representatives will come to you if you live in a large city or if you live in a small town. During this meeting(s), our Artists Representative will answer your questions and assist and guide you in your search to commission the perfect portrait artist. During the consultation, we will learn 1) the intended subject for the portrait, 2) the style(s) you prefer and 3) the budget you have in mind for the portrait. You will view selected portraits by various artists whose portraits meet your preferences. We will share each selected artist's biography, fees, travel fees if applicable, and procedure regarding how to commission the selected artist, e.g. including among other specifics, travel, the initial session and the delivery of the portrait. We will also address framing options for the portrait.

• If you live outside the southeast or in another country, a full-time professional LEONLOARDCOMMISSIONEDPORTRAITS Artists Representative for your area or country will contact you and assist you by telephone, internet and email. During these meeting(s), our Artists Representative will answer your questions and assist and guide you in your search to commission the perfect portrait artist. We will learn 1) the intended subject for the portrait, 2) the style(s) you prefer and 3) the budget you have in mind for the portrait. You will view selected portraits by various artists whose portraits meet your preferences. We will share each selected artist's biography, fees, travel fees if applicable, and procedure regarding how to commission the selected artists, e.g. including among other specifics, travel, the initial session and the delivery of the portrait. We will also discuss framing options for the portrait.

When Ready for a Portrait, Each Prospective Portrait Client Is Requested to…

• When you have made your decision and selected your preferred artist to paint your portrait, please contact the LEONLOARDCOMMISSIONEDPORTRAITS Artists Representative for your area, or telephone us at 800.270.9017.

• Our Artists Representative will answer any questions you may have, and then request a 50% deposit and signed contract to commission your selected artist. We will then schedule your selected artist to travel to your home or preferred location to conduct the initial session. Please reference each individual artist's sample portraits page found within the "Commissioned Artists Gallery".

• When complete, a photograph of the portrait will be sent to you for approval before shipping or delivering the portrait, or the artist will travel to you for delivery of the portrait and for the final session if requested. The final balance will be collected by our Artists Representative. Many of our Artists prefer to personally deliver your completed portrait enabling them to conduct a final session with the subject if requested.

• The final balance is due upon portrait completion: If client does not pay the balance due within 15 days of notice, client will be responsible for a finance charge of 1.5% (per month) of the remaining balance for a period not to exceed 90 days. All balances outstanding for more than 120 days will be referred to an attorney for collection. Client is responsible for all related attorney fees, court costs and finance charges.
