LEON LOARD™ is very excited to offer to you a beautiful reproduction of your finished Signature oil portrait, the "Small Portrait Reproduction" (SPR). This beautiful reproduction of your Signature oil portrait is our way of saying "Thank You" for your patronage, and for providing us with TEN or more names, addresses and phone numbers of your relatives or friends who may have a real interest in owning their own LEON LOARD™ Oil Portrait.

Our Artists Representative will contact your friends by means of a brochure and pricing guide as well as the date we will be back in your area for portrait sittings. We recommend that YOU CALL YOUR REFERRALS to let them know that a LEON LOARD™ Artist Representative will follow up this information with a telephone call within the next several weeks to answer any questions.

Please provide these names with complete and accurate information to our Staff Photographer now, or you may give this form to your Artists Representative. Your representative will take your request for your 'Small Portrait Reproduction' the same day as you place your LEON LOARD™ Oil Portrait order.

GUIDELINES:

1. The SMALL PORTRAIT REPRODUCTION or "SPR" is valued at $150 each. This offer cannot be applied to portrait orders before 7.1.2008.

2. To qualify for one (1) FREE SPR, you must provide a minimum of TEN names with complete and accurate information to your Artists Representative the day he/she takes your Oil Portrait order. An order is required before you can qualify for this free SPR. After you provide the above, a 2nd SPR may be purchased for $75. A 3rd .and subsequent SPR may be purchased for $50 each. There is a $10 charge for shipping and handling per order, up to 5 SPRs at one time.

3. If you do not provide names and addresses to your Artists Representative the day he/she takes your Oil Portrait order, and you later decide that you want a SPR, the 1st SPR may be purchased for $150, the 2nd SPR order may be purchased for $75, and the 3rd . and subsequent SPR may be purchased for $50 each. There is a $10 charge for shipping and handling per order, up to 5 SPRs at one time.

4. Your 'SMALL PORTRAIT REPRODUCTION' is a reproduction of your FINISHED Signature oil portrait. Within approximately 30 days after receipt of your finished portrait, we will prepare your SPR(s), and ship them to you. No alterations or adjustments will or can be made to the SPR, as the SPR is an actual reproduction of your finished portrait.
